European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Monday that the European Union will provide Ukraine with 3.5 billion euros (3.67 billion U.S. dollars) in fresh financial aid starting next month, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported. (Xinhua/Zhao Dingzhe)
